Terms and conditions of use

Clients requesting a refund must contact us via telephone for approval. The merchandise must be returned along with a copy of the invoice and authorization number. Products returned without an authorization number will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.

Exchanges are permitted, except for special orders and customized items.

The client is responsible for the shipping costs in the case of a return.

All merchandise must be in its original packaging and resalable to be exchanged or refunded.

Exchanges or refunds may be requested within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.

Exchanges will be processed according to their stock availability. You will be notified by email or telephone in the case of a back-order.
